We want you to enjoy your charter with us as we rely on
repeat business.
All
customers are requested to read the following terms and conditions and to
show respect for the sea, the environment and for the boat and its crew.
All
bookings are taken subject to weather conditions being acceptable at the
time of departure. The skipper of the boat will decide as to the suitability
of the sea conditions at any time before departure and during the charter
period.
If the
charter has to be cancelled by us due to weather conditions or breakdown and
a mutually acceptable alternative date cannot be found then any deposit will
be refunded in full.
The
skipper of the vessel reserves the right to return to port at any time
during a charter if he feels the safety of the vessel or its customers may
be compromised in any way.
All
customers are requested and expected to wear a life jacket at all times
throughout the charter period and to follow the instructions of the skipper
of the vessel at all times.
Normal
departure time is 10am other times by prior arrangement. Customers who do
not arrive within 15 minutes of an agreed departure time may be left behind.
A
deposit of 20% of the total charter fee is required before a booking can be
confirmed.
Provisional bookings will be held for a maximum of two weeks - if a deposit
is not received within this period then the date will be re-booked.
If the
customer wishes to cancel the charter then a minimum of two weeks notice
must be given or the deposit becomes non-refundable.
The hire
of rods, reels and other tackle is offered on the basis that the hirer is
responsible for the equipment during the hire period and may be charged in
full for any loss or damage to the equipment hired.
Placement of a booking will be taken as an acceptance of the above
conditions by the customer.
All our customers are important to us and your comments and

We do NOT in any circumstances provide your personal details to
any other party. We DO NOT share, resell, or distribute your personal
details including your email address or physical address details
with ANY other third party under ANY circumstances. Every effort
is made to keep your personal information totally confidential.
What information do we collect from you?
Upon a quote request being made, we collect the following personal information from you:
The full name of the *Principal Person in the booking (*The name under which
the booking will be made)
Your email contact (Principal Person)
Your telephone contact. (Principal Person)
Date of booking & place of service.
Package required.
How do we use the information and whom do we share it with?
We require the above information (names, email addresses, telephone
contacts etc) for us to work directly with you to process your request
and send your booking quotation reply to you. We do NOT provide your
name, telephone number or email contact to ANY other party.
Data Storage
Our administration system is entirely localised. Our website is
hosted with an external provider with appropriate industrial grade
firewall security also in place. Consequently there is no possibility
of external internet-based file access to our internal network nor
our website hosting provider. The storage and security of client
data on our premises conforms to all appropriate EU standards for
customer data integrity, confidentiality and security.
